OUR PROCESS

Schedule a Discovery Call with our Principal Interior Designer, Ritzy Christensen, to get the ball rolling with your project. This is our first introduction which allows us to start the conversation on what would be the best way to work together.

During this programming phase the client's needs and objectives are identified. Questions regarding the specific function(s) of the space, like who will be using the space? These important furniture and equipment requirements will be discussed. Measurements and photos are also taken at this time. This is when you will choose which design package works best for you.

In the design development phase, space planning and furniture layouts are developed.

Preliminary furniture and finish ideas are developed and then presented to the client for review and selection. After the presentation, the resulting design is presented to the client for review, revision, and final approval.

Upon the design plan approval, we begin our work ordering and procuring all furnishings and products. If construction is apart of your project, this is the time we manage the process.

Order processing and tracking is underway, while we problem solve any issues. A style plan is created and presented for selection and approval.

Final details of your installation are prepared for your reveal day! We work diligently to get all of the details in place, while managing construction or furnishing issues. It comes time for delivery day where we install all of the furniture, and place the perfect accessories!

Once everything is complete we all walk through together and take some beautiful photos!
